So found out the hard way that you CAN NOT feed another person's chocobo a Than. Onion and expect it to unlock its rank past 10. Did this on my husband's choco and it did the whole cut screen with me training his choco and then after it was complete it shows that the choco can not obtain any xp, and he wasn't unlocked to progress higher then rank 10. So put in a bug request and GM call and got nothing but cut and paste messages.... finally, my woman temper came out and i shouted in a message that i wanted to speak to a REAL GM and guess what, I got one lol. GM Trobural helped me out took down all the info and escalated that matter to higher up and i should hopefully get the onion back soon ! GM Trobural was great, really restored my faith in the GMs in this game since i've normally only gotten the cut and paste messages whenever i make a call.
