Meaning behind the bonb dance

I had started a thread in the general area but I realized this question fits better in Lore.

It seems obvious that the bonb dance and the Moonfire Faire is a reference to the Bon dance and festival. See my other thread if you doubt that.

The bon dance is specific to each region though. The movements normally depict a portion of daily life in the region - fishing, mining, farming, etc.

So what do the movements in our bonb dance represent? I've been studying them but don't have any ideas.

I think the motion when the arms go up is supposed to be moon viewing. The hands down in front of you can be a couple different things, such as mountains or opening a pathway, so its hard to tell their intention for this dance. And i forget what the swaying arms means…

That was actually what my thread in General Discussion was about. That's why I keep spelling it bonb .. which no one has yet to notice.
