XP Bonus depening on highest level Job?

It only works with combat (DoW or DoM) classes/jobs, but, contrary to how the in-game help describes it, it doesn't actually matter how many levels apart they are. If you're on a class that's 1 level below your highest or 49 levels below your highest, it's the same 50% bonus. But it doesn't affect the crafting or gathering classes. (Nor does it compare to them when determining your "highest". It's current DoW/DoM compared to your highest DoW/DoM.)
