You may have to clear the cache by manually deleting the files; not all cookies and files are deleted by the auto-deleting in Internet Options. CCCleaner works well, if you have that. Otherwise, pull up your window for deleting the cache through internet options, and instead of choosing to delete the files, select "view files". This will let you select the files and delete them manually.
