Can't get the game installed

I want to play FFXIV after a long time not being subscribed.

I haven't played the game on my new pc, so i had to install the game from scratch.
So i downloaded the game from http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/eu/ and installed the installer.

When i start the installer, i get the following error:
File Access failed during version update.
[11020][30206]

I tried removing the FFXIV folders from my documents, and also from the program files folder, (and reinstalled a couple of times) but no success....
Also tried with 'run as admin', but that didnt work either...

How can i get this game installed??

After a lot of searching (and trying random stuff i found on different sites), i found out the installer can't handle the redirected 'my documents' folder.

I had to wreck my home network, to disable the my documents link to my server, and put the my documents files back to the default location. (on the local C drive)

Now i can update my files...
