2 instant cast dots can kill a dps job at full health in about 20s with out any casting. 2 dots under cleric stance and swift cast ruin, most dps job usually doesn't last more than 10s. You have a slightly higher chance to get away from who than a sch, but that chance is still pretty low. You are basically as good as dead if it is healer that is chasing you.
