1. Earn SP
2. Earn gil.
3. Earn stuff from chests.
4. Collection faction credits (shield, blade, H&H)
5. Battlen Faction NM's to obtain Bucc/Temp/Harl gear.
6. Complete Faction leves for achievements.

You get chests from regular leves
You SPEND faction credits on faction leves
Only the Last 3 faction leves offer NMs for the Powerful gear
Yes, achievements.. but those don't count for much until they put the achievement UI in
