Ive seen your precious "Challenge Log" .. over half of them give NO form of xp rewards, and the half that DO give rewards... give it for "run 5 dungeons" .. if I could easily just "run 5 dungeons!" .. I wouldnt be on these forums to begin with, and for a level 15 THM, those quests give like 5k xp... GC leve gives 11k in 5 minutes. (Again, as stated.. WORTHWHILE content is Leve's, and they are stupidly limited.)

Beast Tribes... 3 per DAY, see Levequests for my issue there.
Hunting Log - Srsly.. you people are kidding me right? OMG I DID MY HUNTING LOG AND GAINED 3/4th a level! .. just 9.25 levels to go before the next ones unlock! /eyeroll
Sightseeing log - Get the frak out of here with that crap, NONE Of them give xp, and such, NONE of them help level alt classes to 50.
GC quests - uhh I did all of these as I leveled my GLD to 50, have max rank. Nothing left to do for them besides those (SURPRISE) level 50 hunt logs.

So tell me again about all this "CONTENT" that's been added? Because Im seeing about what... an hour a day in Beast quests... then its back to limited levequests

I also love how all these people keep spouting about fates.. when they have max 50s and havent even LOOKED at a FATE zone in months. THEY ARE EMPTY. NOBODY does them anymore. The only Fates I see being done are the Epic Fates... that's it.

And yeah, I get it, your 50 max has this MASSIVE stockpile of leves.. I dont, neither do alot of other people. I currently have 4 remaining.
When it comes to experience rewarding content on an actively unique scale, the game is a little... short on that after you've done quests. About that though, the quests really weren't that rewarding to begin with. To be honest, during 2.0, you could just do FATEs non-stop and come out just as quickly hitting 50, if not faster depending on efficiency. Plus, that one-time go and achieving 50 automatically unlocks your access to the 50% exp bonus for upcoming classes/jobs. While not exactly the most noticeable, the 3% food buff and 5-10% FC buff does still boost you in a small way as well, especially in dungeons. Throw in any rested bonus and you're pretty damn well off.

While DPS queues are long, it's not unreasonable for people to make friends have get them to help you with dungeon grinding. Maybe not to do them for hours upon hours, but maybe a run or two a day isn't exactly what most would consider farfetched. Little to no wait time, depending if you can get 3 others with you. Do a DF solo for the massive bonus exp once a day too. Sure, you gotta wait, but... MMORPG = a lot of time needed to play (generally).

The beast tribes thing is actually 6 a day. You don't have to limit yourself to just one groups 3 quests, assuming you're only at the entry reputation. Do the 3 for one, then do 3 for another. I believe at least two of the tribes have the lowest lv42 quests available daily.

FATEs being empty is of little problem. Most are soloable by every class/job, and assuming they are constantly failing (due to lack of players perhaps), even the boss ones are weakened to the point of being soloable.

Of course, there is always the potential to do a traditional exp party, but if you were to have the numbers, you might as well run dungeons.

Then there's the little misc bonuses, which are NOT intended to be looked at as anything but a "bonus", such as challenge logs, hunting logs, the previously mentioned daily DF, and leves. I separate these from everything else because they are intended for leveling and simultaneously limited (be it by weeky, daily, or permanency).

So while there isn't anything "new" added to spur low level content to new heights, there's a lot of changes made to speed up the process. In most cases, hitting that 50 is the goal for anyone leveling. Some want to experience the in-between, and they're more than welcome to do so... and quite easily.
