...I purchased a replacement relic weapon and used mist to forge it to Zenith so that I could continue farming while waiting for other stuff to happen for my other classes/jobs. I know that the requirement for atma is a Zenith weapon equipped (done). Since I already have the atma version of said weapon, but I equip the Zenith version, will I still be eligible for atma drops? This weapon was purchased from a calamity scavenger and turned to Zenith via the Thavnarian mist and the ovens in the North Shroud.

As long as you're holding any sort of Zenith weapon (including ones that you have the Atma version of), you'll be eligible for Atma drops.
