Error -2146697211 login part of launcher black

When I try logging in, and this has been an issue for a few days now, the login part of the launcher is completely blank and fails to load. After a few minutes the launcher then errors:



It then closes after pressing "OK"

All my searches come up with it being IE settings, and from the beta. But none of what I found works. Setting IE internet options to "Automatically Detect Settings" does not work, especially since it's already on.

Any help with this issue will be appreciated.

Edit: Fiddling with Internet Explorer settings I managed to fix it. I had to go to the options->Internet Options->Advanced and find under "Security" and check the tickbox for "Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid" and as soon as I started the launcher after that, the login part appeared right away.

Try disabling the firewall. Something could be blocking it
