Check the competition rules, they state which country you can live in to enter the competition and the NA and EU versions have different rules in this regard.

Even those living in EU countries can't enter all EU competitions either as some of them are only open to like 5 countries XD Thankfully the virtual prize competitions don't seem to be like that at least.

You do need to enter the EU version if you live in the EU, it's not based on what servers you're on.

So uh. I'm new to this and I can't seem to grasp how uploading pictures work.
I click on 'Insert Image' but then it asks me for a URL.

Am I supposed to upload the image onto another website then copy that URL into here? Or am I doing it completely wrong?

Help is much appreciated
