Annoying inventory overlook

Please make some sense here. After going through all the books for relic animus, each of which key items, I'm a little baffled to see the sphere scroll being a regular item. Also, none of the tomestones, neither the wolf marks, nor the allied seals have ever been actual items, taking up inventory slots - same goes for gil. Why do ventures still have to be put left and right every time we try to organise our inventory (even its description says, specifically, that it's a currency)??

Very minor things, I know, but all the more annoying because of that; I just fail to see any reasoning to these two being as they are.

Inventory space is too expensive for it to be wasted like that !
