Steps:
I clicked on the Summoning Bell in Mor Dhona to check my auctions and no prompt window appeared with all of my retainers name’s. My character became unable to move while continually targeting the summoning bell. I am forced to crash the game to be able to move again.

Did you try again after it crashed? Or did you log off and then logged back in to try it again and it still did not work? Once every couple days that happens to my character because the connection to the server was lost. All I would need to do it log back in and everything would be fine. Just try again, and if the issue still remains then I don't know what's wrong...........

Yes I have tried multiple times after rebooting and I still get the same problem. I think the name of my newer retainer may be causing the issue. I was somehow able to name it with the auto translation function. His name is "watch your aggro" in the auto translation. I don't know how the game let me do it but I had a glitch with my keyboard and it allowed it . Here is a picture of his name http://i.imgur.com/W2ipwu3.jpg
