    Actually, according to Wikipedia, 'sultana' is the correct term for the feminine equivalent of a sultan (although in real life there were sadly very few sultanas who actually ruled due to Arabic culture and traditions, and thus the term was usually used to describe the sultan's wife). But the main point is, is the term is actually correct. So don't worry, it's not an error.
