do you get more skill points to spend from 11-20?
if not what do you get?
is through the FC the only way to rank it?

is there a list of servers that show what server may be closest to you? i chose coruel but seems like its off 3 4 hours from my real life time.

is there a list of vendors that someone has that shows me where an npc might sell rings necks wrists and earings? i found some in the main cities but they only go to 29 i think or so. is there anything higher other than the market board or getting them crafted?
