Occasionally hard to see what action you have selected on the action bar.

Hello devs! While the new changes to the action bar are great, myself and a few friends have run into a bit of an issue. In really bright light, possibly only outdoors in the Thanalan regions, it's really tough to see what exactly you have selected at a glance:

If I'm in that situation and need to do something urgent, right now I have to rely on the action description. It's much faster to know where you are on the bar based on what is highlighted.

While it's not the same lighting, the old action bar slightly raised and enlarged the currently selected action as well as highlighting the icon itself. I think raising/highlighting the currently selected icon would help a great deal in bright light situations. Thank you!

I'm on bored with this, the action bar itself is fine, but if you're a melee standing in the middle of a group when a Curega goes off, same kinda situation as what you have described. I propose that they either bring back the raising button like you mentioned, or give the action bar a solid colour UI so that it doesn't mesh with the game background.

I noticed it to - hard to see what you have selected and sometimes I have to go back and forth a couple times to see the outline and select an action.

The bar needs a little more work, if this is really the direction they want to take the interface in.

I agree with this. I play with a controller and have to scroll through the abilities, it's difficult to see what i'm doing sometimes.

Yea, and it's unfortunate, it's a PC game and had the KB+M setup been optimal for a PC game, I don't think this would be as big of a problem as it is. I'm hoping that when they do further UI adjustments that this will be addressed, along with making all three bars visible at once.
