Will our subscription will be extended by the time of Free Login Campaing ?

I just want to know if our subscriptions will be extended for the time of the free login campaign that comes out soon. My sub ends 5 days after the free login campaign starts and I would not want to lose those 5 days of game time that I paid for considering that next time I will be able to afford my next 30 days of game time will be around half a year from now on so every hour spend in this game (and I love it very much <3 ) is very precious to me right now :/

There's no need to, it's been clear from the start, it's for inactive accounts. Always has been. It's to get people who are not currently playing to come check the game out and maybe start playing again.

Dont get me wrong, I'd be happy to pay the subscription normally, but I dont want to pay to upkeep servers for other freeloaders so might as well join them.

I'm sorry, but what kind of reasoning is that? The only reasons we've had two Free Login Campaigns recently are because 2.3 just came out, and we're nearing the first anniversary of A Realm Reborn. Expecting them to happen this regularly all the time is, well, frankly ridiculous.

Besides, you're not paying for freeloaders, you're paying for the continuing development of the game. Those "freeloaders" did buy the game, you know.

It doesn't cover this. But comes really close. You paid money, They get to do anything they want with your account for the next 30 days. Which includes giving you no access at all. So why would they give you extra time when the Free login as nothing to do with paying customers, but customers they want to get back.


Finally how much free time has SE gives players already. FFXI got 2 weeks free after going offline because of the earthquake.
And FFXI almost 1 year free to play. It's now pay to play, Many of the customer who play are very happy to pay to play and don't want anything in return. Truth be told, I've been so busy since july 11 I may have logged on 3-4 times for about 2-3 hours vs my normal of 3-5 times a week for 3+ hours. Should SE give me more time because I wasn't logged on. Nope.

Much like the "what is the definitive statement on parsers" issue, I want to know, nay, demand a statement in writing: is the eligibility for users who have previously purchased and registered FINAL FANTASY XIV and whose service account is set as inactive during the campaign period?
