I disagree that the secondary tool should be a tackle box. There should be a tackle box for sure. That would be great. But I'd like to see it as an additional tab for Inventory (Tabs 1-4, key items, shards/crystals, tackle box). A secondary tool that makes perfect sense would be a fishing net.

I wondered about it not being a secondary tool for quite sometime, like even allow it to have different stats at set levels and allow you to hold more at certain progression periods.
