    no. buy the game(ps3 version) and register it on mogstation and you should be good. i did the same thing when i couldnt use my ps4 for a week or so.
    to further explain. buy the game from somewhere that will give a register code. not sure why it is for you, but when i repurchased my ps3 version, i was able to do it thru psn, because it acted like i didnt own it anymore.

    Yeah, I thought the same as this, but for some reason, mine is saying i still own this copy and i play regularly on the PS4 and now i need to switch sometimes between PS4 and PS3 but PS3 is saying i still own this copy and i cannot purchase it....
