The vote kick should be more transparent.

When a vote kicked is initiated it should display via the log window the vote kick initiator, player who they want vote kicked, and the reason. It should display this to everyone. People think twice before doing something if everyone knows about it.

Abuse the vote kick and you may end up being vote kicked yourself.

Why does it matter who started the vote kick? If the majority of the party agrees with the kick it will go through, if they disagree then it won't go through, making the name visible will only encourage retaliation against that person if the vote kick doesn't go through.

If you think the tool was used as a Grief Tactic™ then just report it, GMs are able to see who started it.

If you're assuming that a tank can't out damage a dps, you're completely wrong.

A large amount of DPS on DF are incredibly inept at their jobs.
Problems can range from bad rotations to laziness to crap equipment setups. (MND accessories on casters, DEX acessories on DRG/MNK...etc.)
