If I had a nickel every time I heard someone say those three words as if they were some kind of miracle cure to a situation. Spoiler Alert: Complacency does nothing, and asking someone to be complacent in the face of a blatant abuse of this or any system just makes you sound like an asshole.

It's less about the "what" and more about the "why". WHY did they not want her there? Is it because she went AFK? Is it because she went Offline? Is it because she was harassing other players? Is it because she was cheating? If the answer was "Yes" to any of those last four questions, then the players would, in fact, be justified in kicking her. But if that was not the case, then abuse of the system was involved. Plain and simple.
