Only one of my characters received the 450 day level 7 veteran reward.

Steps:
1. Checked mail on my Jessica Alt, received only 1 mail with the 360 day bonus.
2. Checked login screen and mogstation, both show 450 days paid and the level 7 reward is listed as on the account in the mog station.
3. Log into primary (first created) character Kos Mos (sargatanas). Has 2 moogle mail, both the 360 day and the 450 day rewards.
4. Check every other character on my account (as listed above) only Kos Mos (sargatanas) received the moogle mail with the 450 day veteran reward, not all characters on the account like should have happened.

Silly check:
On the character missing the mail, did you check both mail tabs to make sure you had space to receive it? You can only store 10 or 20 (don't remember which) then it starts backlogging them. If you have mail in either make sure you delete the ones you don't need and relog.
