(PS4) Cannot log in; error 2002

PSN has been having lots of issues since the PS4 launched. There has recently been another outbreak of problems again. Haven't been tracking it...but the post history shows elevated issues for 13 of the last 15 days. It looks like it's cleaning up a bit in some regions (usually more widespread across the US), but it's still heavy in some important corridors.

With the PS4, the game relies heavily on your background connection to PSN. This could be a large part of your issues since you guys are on the PS4. This is something that you need to go after Sony about more than SE. That URL listed as the source for that picture has links to some contact options for reporting to them. It also has a link to Sony's PSN status page, which at the time of this post states that PSN is currently "Intermittently available"

PSN is currently ranked number 2 after TWC for outages on their top 10 list. You can find other ISP's and content providers tracked via their companies page.
