Does anyone know if Moonfire Faire has level reqs?

I'm asking as I have a friend who isn't max yet, and I know in the past I missed out on event rewards for not being able to get to 40 in time. ; w ; Does anyone know if Moonfire will have that sort of requirement? I can't find any staff posted info, and it doesn't say on the event page.

So far I think only Lightning Returns and Hatching-tide had anything that required a level above 15 - and Hatching-tide only because of the gear, which could have been bypassed with a partner anyway - so no, I don't think so.

I'm not sure if this is quite the same, but I remember last summer we had a Bombard-related event, and the associated FATE was just level 5.
