I'm betting the online application means they're charging real money for this.

More convoluted crap from SE and I agree with some comments saying that if we have to apply online, we probably have to pay real cash for it.
Of course SE couldn't just create an instance for the inside of the temple of the 12, throw some npc's and have us get some rings, talk to the NPC and be done with it. Nooooooooooo..... it HAS to have some shit quest, 999 road blocks and gates AND probably pay real money for it.
What I think of SE at the moment can't be posted here.

How do I find someone to marry in game if I just want to get the mounts and outfits and stuff?
Even if I'm not interested because my Neko-chan is only loyal to the catnip... I couldn't avoid to bristle when I read somewhere that.... You know, this system would require of real money....
Okay, I don't mind if vanity stuff is in the shop, I don't mind if a ridiculous mount that I don't care about and don't need costs the same of a sub or not, I don't mind there are minions that I rarely summon (And I have already Wind-up Succubus, why more?!)
But... I doubt, rather, I want to believe that something that could be actually GAME-BREAKING like that system won't be needing of a cash shop... Because I guess couples will have few advantages, else it would be useless to try, isn't it?.... Giving advantages in game for real money would approach to a vision of SE that I didn't want to see, so I doubt they'll touch that matter and slightly cross the 'P2W' line.
Something difficult to do but in the game... Why not? I remember of few games where it was very difficult, needed a lot of money, similar levels (It's not going to be a trouble here though), certain quests, etc.
Why are people thinking that you'd have to pay REAL MONEY to get married in a game?
If anything it'd follow FFXI's process by getting someone other than the bride and groom to set up the wedding date and area and the only things people had to buy (with gil mind you) was the dress (before the tuxes were available) or have them crafted.
Another simple game feature made complicated by SE. Nothing new here, move on...![]()
I guess applying online means paying real money to get a new mount or smth.Well if that turns to be the case we will have another nail in the coffin of this game. And before someone turns here and writes that this is not pay to win item or smth come back next year and say that again when the cash shop will have triple the content of payed goods which cannot be acquired in game with a normal way.
Well people continuously asked for a cash shop, and they got it at the expense of those who instead, wanted to get items in game.I guess applying online means paying real money to get a new mount or smth.Well if that turns to be the case we will have another nail in the coffin of this game.
