It's selfish to ask people to give up their perks, when it's so easy to instead change roles and help out if you want those perks.

You do realize the only perk for playing Tank is the fact you'll eventually get a mount when you do so in Coil/Extreme Primals, right? Your perk is not you being entitled to everything just because you're playing an in-demand job, that is selfish. Tanks and Healers already get 'Adventurer in Need' bonuses 99% of the time over DPS. And honestly, the fact it's obvious most lot it for seals over the fresh person who want it to actually use..that's generally why I'd gladly pass.

As much as I'd want seals, I'm not that selfish.
