Okay so both guy A and B want to roll on gear for seals. No problem. Both guy A and B can roll need on pieces for the class they're currently on.

Guy B isn't entitled to every single solitary piece of gear that drops in a dungeon or raid. Why? Because they can't need on every piece.

I never said he was entitled. It's still the fair thing to do since everyone there participated. That and it helps even out the RNG a bit. I mean, you could get only tank drops the whole run and the tank would just take everything. Where if he greeded, everyone would have a CHANCE at something.

You would end up only having the RNG of rolling. And that's the other thing, Need/Greed wasn't designed with this type if thing in mind, WoW made a little progress for it when I played, but that still wasn't quite there. But I guess I'm talking to brick walls here.
