I don't agree with the "rolling on gear you "don't need"(in someone else's opinion) is bad manners" argument. Unless you ALL agree to rules before starting a raid or dungeon, there are none other than what's already been put in place by the game. QQing, insulting, ragging, moaning, feeling entitled to loot that you can't need on and all around being a bad person over the subject is bad manners IMO.
