"Seppuku", without going into details, is Japanese style suicide. Basically sword on abdomen then throat. What he means by that is that he had "dishonored" the monks by making that weapon he should kill himself.
"Leroy Jenkins" just look it up on YouTube.

ive known about seppuku, but i had never learned what it was called. it all makes sense to me now.
