Opinion on Female Hyur Run Animation?

Well, the difference is that the highland hyur are built to punch people through a wall if they get angry, so their run animation exudes strength. The miqo'te and midland hyur do have a distinctive feel to their gate though.

As to the topic, I have never made a Midlander, so I don't have an opinion as to how they run. I do have a Highlander but I either don't pay attention to how she runs or I've simply forgotten. Now the male Miqo'te running animation, on the other hand, I feel does more twisting than is really needed. Though the way that their tale just flails about is rather hypnotic.

I was midlander in the beta 3 and I decided to roll highlander on the beta 4 because not only the running animation, but the facial traits as well. Highlander looks more sexy, while midlanders are "cute". Also, gotta love my muscles.

I like them both just fine though. Better than mithra's elbow-everyone-out-of-the-way run animation. That got irritating fast.

My opinion varies with the day. Some days, I think it's dainty and cute, other days, I think it's absurd and ridiculous. My opinion regarding their idle animations is much more consistent: they're all stupid. Probably couldn't play one as a main.

Pretty sure they jumped over the XI. I think Mithra were just fine as they were definitely more athletic/animalistic in XI that what we have now. As much as I hate to say it, Miqo'te are just cutesy little females with ears and a tail slapped on (still love em, but not the same..).
