Upset with how free company works

So today I log into my game and I have been kicked from the free company which I started. When I stopped playing before of our the leader changed, but what really gets to me is it went to a person that gets on maybe every 20 days. Now last month I was close to getting it back but the person got on 1 days before it switched. Now this person didn't level the company like me and my boyfriend!! How does she get the right to kick us when we did everything for that free company!! I wish some way I could get my company back!!!!!!!!

If the person logged on every 20 days, it must have been more than what you were logging on. How big was the FC and how much work did you do? If it was large with a lot in the chest and/or you had a house, maybe talk to some members to let them know, if the new leader loses it by not logging on someone might be able to grab it and give it back to you. Or talk to the new leader if you havent and asked why did they remove you and ask to have it back if they arent playing often and you are.

Otherwise, as much as it sucks, might as well just start a new FC. Even though it was rude to kick you out after you put work into it, the new leader hasnt done anything wrong. The system works the way it does so that people dont put a lot of effort into an FC, only to have it die because the leader decided to quit playing without promoting a new leader.

That's a personal issue that you need to bring up with your Free Company, if their policy is to remove people after 20 days it's completely at their discretion to remove you.

Once I waved at Shioban and he didn't wave back because he was afk. I'd like to see him punished.



@OP: Knowing very little of the situation all I can say is that sucks, and I'd recommend calling a GM who will likely make the best judgement call in terms of what solutions the game can currently offer you (and can also gather the needed information to make the better judgement). Though it sounds like to me its a "working as intended"..

That's personal issue.
Has absolutely nothing to do with how FCs work. Every FC has it's own policy.

Yep that sucks a bit OP. At the most, demotion to the bottom or a veteran rank would have sufficed but being kicked out of your own FC regardless of how much work one has put in is a bit too much. I'd bet this action was done with malicious intent, cause of the uncalled for kicking (regardless of inactivity) and refusing to give the FC back ( if you did ask for it back). I'd suggest contact a GM.

there have been so many different instances of this exact thing, and every time it ends the same. the fact that it is a personal issue, they wash their hands of it.
