Hello everyone,

I recently configured a computer for my friend to allow him to play with me and my company free in this wonderful game. Unfortunately I am having great difficulty in making a decent way execute in the game.

Here is the hardware configuration of the machine:

CPU: QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition 955, 3200 MHz (16 x 200)
RAM: 4092 MB (2 x 2GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3-1333)
VGA: Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit - ATI Driver 14.4 or 14.7 Beta
HDD: Samsung SSD 840 Series PRO
OS: Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64

The system is perfectly capable of running the game without any problem according to the specifications dictated by house Square-Enix:

FXIV: ARR Minimum System Requirements

Operating System: Windows Vista 32/64 bit, Windows 7 32/64 bit
Processor: Intel ® Core ™ 2 Duo
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Series, ATI Radeon ™ HD 4770
Memory: 2GB (4GB recommended for 64bit OS)
Disk Space: 20GB

FXIV: ARR Recommended System Requirements

For the best performance You Should aim to run the game on a system with at least These specifications.
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: Intel ® Core ™ i5
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or higher, AMD Radeon ™ HD 7950 or higher
Memory: 4GB of RAM.
Disk Space: 20GB

Indeed with other games there are no problems and work smoothly.
I tried to set both Standard Desktop and High End Desktops as a preset but the FPS stands between 25 and 35/40 fps per second.
As a resolution, we tried to 1920x1080p, 1280x768p on a monitor at 60Hz.
Try with ATI Driver 14.4 or 14.7 but same result.
Was also turned off the FPS maximum limiting in the game settings but the problem persists. Was also attempted a reinstall of the operating system from zero but without success.

Anyone can help me ? I attach in the next spot the output from DXDIAG.
