14 day trial to collectors edition question

Friend played 14 day trial to lvl 20. Then she got the collectors download edition off of amazon and registed the game but the in game items havent shown up in here mail. She even logged out. Do these take awhile to arrive? she doesnt have to make new character right?

In the Mogstation website, she should check that she's actually applied it to the original account and hasn't put it on a new account by mistake.

Also, if she was logged in while adding the game to her account, she needs to log out and back in again as it's at that point the items are sent (same for veteran rewards etc in the future).
