Are the in game items on the collectors edition transferable?

I bought the physial collectors edition and accidentally register a new service account. Would I be able to tranfer the items to my current character and service account?

You'd have to ask SE support (these forums are mostly customer based support), but from previous "complaints" about being unable to do this, the answer is probably not, sorry.

It sounds like you bought Collectors edition and wanted to upgrade an existing account from Standard to Collectors? The only way to do that with 2.0 is so do the digital upgrade from the Mog Station ($19.99 or £14.99 depending on your region), you can't use a physical copy to upgrade an account.

With 1.0 the codes for Collectors items were separate, but that's not the case with 2.0, it's for a new account only.
