Achievement is only for bragging right and nothing else, and it should stay that way

That is not true.
Achievemenet shows you who is the first timer when your party reach the boss room. ^^;


Another example,
Rez 20ppl (not in your PT) will get an achievement , this is a good one encourage ppl to rez stranger.
