Darklight is very outdated. Focus on fixing that up first. You can get i80 from the first CT, and also the new "expert" roulette dungeons.
You probably have the minimum ilevel for most of the first coil too, especially with the echo. The First set of extreme primals as well - but those upgrades aren't quite that relevant now. You're close to doing Leviathan Ex, which is a decent place to do a small upgrade on your weapon/shield.
Cap your soldiery to get some i100 stuff, run some first coil to get some gear and get an ST drop a week, focusing on your lowest level stuff first. Also try to prioritize for whatever BiS you subscribe to.


Second Coil needs i90ish to start.
