Cross-class abilities for Monks

I tried looking around for a post regarding this but couldn't find any. I found some Monk guides but they used too much abbreviations that I ended up confused.

So, anyone can tell me what are the good cross-class abilities to get for Monk?

Mercy Stroke, Blood for Blood, and Invigorate are must haves. The other two don't matter much, but most go with Bloodbath and the exceedingly situational Fracture.

I'd also suggest Foresight, in place of Fracture. Which as stated is very situational.

Yeah the 5th slot is pretty much throwaway (Unless we get to take a Rogue skill later!)

I'd suggest Fracture, if only because Foresight is even more worthless. It only raises defense, and most raid damage you will take is Magic based, making it worthless in 99% of times you take damage. Fracture is pretty garbage too, but I can think of just a few more situations to use it.
