Missing Refer a friend rewards?

Did anybody else get this problem?
My friend paid for his account and I received my rewards as intended.
However, I only got them on two out of four characters.

Incidentally, the two characters who got the mail were two "Legacy" characters (with the legacy mark), and the two who didn't were regular characters I created after the release of ARR.

Anybody getting a similar problem? I also sent an in-game Bug Report. Is that what I should do, or should I do something else?

Potentially silly question: All characters are on the same service account, correct?
I received all the rewards on my character that was created before 2.0, and the two characters that I created after 2.0 launch. All on the same server.

Aye, sorry. I guess I should have mentioned it. They're all on the same service account too. Same server as well.

Ah, well. Seems it was something as lame as my mailbox being full.

Wish the game actually warned you about that without you having to go to a mailbox. I had no idea until now. >.>

It does warn you. Go to the moogle and he says it's full.

The mailboxes in FC houses don't have the warning.

I had the same issue on my alt but it seems to be a bug really. My main character has more mail then my alt character and yet my main got the rewards just fine but for my alt I had to delete some mails O_o
