Bought game on SQEnix site, still no email with game code?

Girlfriend wanted to become more involved with what I was doing and the free trial was announced so she gave the game a chance. She ended up LOVING the game so much that she wanted to have the full game to enjoy everything above level 20. So anyways to the problem, this morning I purchased her the game on her account with my credit card. It has been 7 hours since then and she still hasn't got an email. Her order history does state that it went through and I have been charged with the $30 on my credit card.

Apart from checking any junk email folders (which I'm sure you've already done), I'm afraid if you're still waiting for it then the best thing you can do is contact SE through the store. Click help (top right) and then contact us and hopefully that'll work for you.

These forums are mostly customer based support (they very rarely reply on the support threads) so just trying to stop you having to wait for a reply that'll probably never come.
