I can't find Gilgamesh - World Transfer

So here's my problem. I'm trying to transfer my character from Goblin into Gilgamesh, but I can't find it on the world transfer list. The restrictions have been lifted on Gilgamesh and I was able to create a new character on Gilgamesh, but unable to transfer a character to Gilgamesh. This is weird because my friend was able to transfer his character...do I have some sort of restriction on my account? I have the CE of ff14, I don't have anything for sale on the marketplace, my account is a month old, I'm not in a residential area, and I've left my FC. I've tried everything; deleted my cookies, tried a different browser, restarted my game, and even tried on a different computer. However, it still isn't working....How come I don't see Gilgamesh on the transfer list?

PS: My buddy transferred last night and I was going too as well, but was unable to find Gilgamesh on the world transfer list. HELP ME! PLEASE!

Unfortunately the world transfer list on the lodestone is just a snapshot at that point in time, it's constantly changing so I'm afraid all you can really do is try again later

I miss the worldpasses from FFXI, it'd be nice if SE implemented those, could save a lot of problems for people!
