New static looking to recruit quality players mainly for 2.4 and beyond.

Depending on the responses we will begin work on SCoB as soon as possible with the aim of being fully prepared to tackle 2.4 on launch. We are looking for other experienced MMO players that have the skills, time and dedication to push through the toughest content in-game. Yes that means that If all goes well, and we clear the current standard content pre-2.4 we will be looking to tackle savage mode and any future type of savage mode they decide to implement.

We are not looking for unmotivated people, people who aren't prepared to learn, people who cannot take constructive criticism etc.

Current Gear level/Progress:
Neither current ilevel or second coil progress are needed but the higher both are the better, We understand some people have been unable to find statics and may be lacking in these, but both of these are quickly fixable with a good attitude and class competence.

Roles:
With the release of NIN this is highly likely to change

Current ideal setup: PLD WAR BRD BLM SMN MNK/DRG SCH WHM

We currently have filled the role of BLM, BRD and WHM/SCH but can be flexible

We are currently looking for:
PLD(Filled)
WAR (Filled)
SCH/WHM (Filled)
SMN (Filled)
MNK/DRG (Filled)


Raiding times:
We are looking to raid around 3-4 days a week for roughly 3 hours starting around 7pm GMT

Absences:
If you can't raid on time or simply cannot attend we ask to be informed but understand shit just happens, if informed we can look to postpone the raid till a later date/time but on occasion we will look to replace depending on how late in the week and how frequent this occurs.

Loot Rules:
Main lot > Sub lot > Free for all

Main lot: The class you are raiding as.

Sub lot: Every player in the static may name 1 class as their sub lot, If the loot is not needed by the main lot, then the people who designate that class loot as their sub lot will get priority, you can change your sub lot at any time but if multiple people have the same sub lot, the player that chose the sub lot first will have priority, if both were chosen at the same date then they will just roll against each other unless those players come to their own agreement beforehand.

Free for all: If neither main or sub lot need the loot its free to roll on by all.
