So if you believe that, why are you asking? I have no clue if the Soul website or the other website that tells you the population are accurate. But From mainly playing on Gilgamesh and Hyperion. Both of those servers appear to have a higher population than Exodus.
Exodus's main cities and Mor Dhona seem dead compared to Gilgamesh and Hyperion.
