#1: Hunts aren't fair because they're graded as "participant" (where you get 1-2 seals/myth/etc.) or "full reward". The dividing line is harsher than getting gold on Behemoth and Odin and the participant reward is more insulting than getting bronze on either (also that it doesn't count for the weekly rank B kills).
#2: #1 is where the problem with resets and "early" pulls come from. The extreme difference between reward results pushes people to do whatever they can to get their claim, whether that involves resetting until their party is ready or pulling immediately because the army just appeared over the hills.
#3: My previous opinion was that hunts were fine because gaining seals would take time trying to find the random spawn locations and the odd-ball triggers. Boy am I eating my words now, with a side order of crow. Even the whole radar fiasco can't keep up with Hunt LSs posting sentries at every known spawn location just waiting because it's not really random, and all of the spawn-triggers can be done by the leftovers that aren't needed to camp.
Putting a weekly cap on the seals or the number of bloody logs that can be obtained would likely reduce the number of people camping, maybe make it so that the army dissipates and even the leftovers can have a real chance at staking a claim later in the week. In the best case, it would become an "eh, I'm done that for this week already" response, instead of "I'll be right there with 100 of my LS mates to take down that B rank". Of course, in the worst case nobody shows up to help with the S rank that's been sitting out for four hours, so you can't get the reward anyway, but at least you'll know the B ranks will likely be easier to claim for the weekly reward.
