So as Sch am I stuck switching between cleric stance the same way I am on my 50 Whm?
I just realized I could get it as a cross skill and that's a head ache hated it on my Whm do Sch use it much?
Also which DoTs do you apply?
Thanks

When I play SCH, I always use it. I buff the tank, then switch to Cleric, apply ALL the dots: Bio II; Miasma; Bio; (Bane); Miasma II. I also swiftcast Shadow Flare. If the tank is not taking much damage, I use Ruin II/I as I refresh dots. Otherwise, after the initial burst, I turn off Cleric and keep the tank in a safe condition until I see I can DPS again. The fairy helps a lot here, because if the tank doesn't take much damage, Eos can take care of it and you can keep DPSing. When you do low level roulettes, Eos can pretty much solo heal these dungeons, as you only help the DPS to get through said place even faster.
Keep in mind that SCH has and advantage over WHM with this. Besides the fairy, Lustrate restores a fixed amount of HP, so you can sneak a Lustrate to keep the tank alive while you're still on Cleric. DPSing as a healer is optional, but it helps the party a lot.

I usually use Cleric stance to put on Bio II, Misama and Bio and then I'll use bane and switch CS off. (If the tank is still looking relatively healthy you could use Miasma II after bane if you wanted also) if you make sure the tank has adloquium on him before every pull you can usually get all 3 dots on and bane them before the tank's even at half health. Of course you don't HAVE to use cleric stance at all but it will help kill enemies faster if you do, and if the tank isn't in any real danger I dont see a reason why not to use it. I can't talk much on end game though since I only play Monk and Paladin for that
I use cleric and then let the fairy heal most the time. I adlo/succor and lustrate the folks when needed.
It's the most important cross-class skill after swiftcast. Cleric Stance turns you into a Summoner.
It's better for SCH compared to WHM because:
-You can lustrate and use Eos healing skills without penalty.
-DoTs continue ticking with Cleric Stance damage after you remove Cleric Stance.
Dungeons: Bio2, Miasma, Bio, Bane (Run in), Miasma2, Shadowflare, Blizzard2 until need to heal or refresh DoTs
Single Target: Order doesn't really matter, but I usually do Bio2, Bio, (possible Energy Drain), Miasma2, Aero, (possible Energy Drain), Shadowflare
You will find that the more familiar you and your party are with the fight, the more Energy Drains you will use instead of Lustrate.
Why is everyone forgetting scholars have 4 dots?
Shadow flare > Bio 2 > Miasma > Bio > Aero
Bane before Aero as it cannot be baned.
Weave in Energy drain for extra damage if you can spare the stacks.

Cause Aero can't be Baned and not everyone will cross-class it. Mine are Swiftcast, Cleric Stance, Stoneskin, Protect and Surecast (yes, I use that; helps a lot when you know there's an interrupt chance coming up and you *must* get the next spell off or bad things happen). If I was a main SCH and always healed with a WHM maybe I'd drop Protect for Aero, but I do a lot of 4-mans as SCH and get paired with other SCH in PFs and DFs, so I need that spell.
I also have surecast in my fifth slot, but aero is worth considering depending on the content you plan on running. Ruin has terrible potency per GCD, pretty much anything else that you can cast instead is ideal. I use cleric stance all the time. Cycling whispering dawn, fey illumination, and rouse, along with lustrates as needed allows me to spend some entire runs in cleric stance, except between pulls to apply adloquium and stoneskin. Whether you use cleric stance or not, consider using shadow flare and miasma II to debuff mobs. Shadow flare slows mobs and some bosses for some nice mitigation, and miasma II applies disease, which is typically less relevant, but gives a 40% heavy status.
