Ranting is usually not the way to get things fixed in MMOs. Last time we let rant run a MMO, WoW lost 2 million subs.

I agree with you, however, SE focuses on dumb things like chocobo raising and personal housing when there's many other things that require fixing/changes.

And /slap and /hug emotes! Don't forget about those! We must have those emotes before queuing with a companion summoned is looked into.
