The disconnection issue is pretty serious, so hopefully we won't have to wait too long for patch 1.19.

While for the Loot System, I think the “Unique Loot List” I mentioned in my first post would solve the other issue of receiving unwanted items by mistake. Let us hope the devs will be able to implement a similar feature always by 1.19!
