Frontline Ranking is out

Everyone need to check the Frontline Ranking, it is out on the Lordstone now.

I think I did ok as Twin Adders since the list is mostly filled by Malestorm (@.@)

This is kinda sad for the Twin Adders, top 20 players for all datacentre are either Immortal Flame or Malestorm....

personal ratings or bust. only thing this is good for tracking is GC performance per datacenter and server, not by player. all u gotta do is play alot to make it to the top and it shows no bearing on if the player is just another derp who midfields or is actively participating and being an asset to their team by pushing occupations, kills, damage, heals, points contributed, etc

frontlines standings are a joke.. based on total wins even with low low win rates and you can still be top 5.. it should be based on total games played in conjunction with win rate.

The first tab is the number of times winning first place, second tab is the winning ratio, and third tab is number of games. Even you can manipulate the 2nd tab, the 3rd tab will show the truth. But, yeah, they need to post withdrawl as loss automatically for this.

What I am expecting out of this ranking system, is to give people a motivation to win. My insanity has been in dangerously low this week after seeing Twin Adders just give up. I hope this ranking system will give some inititive to people and make them try to work together.

glad they put it in, but it dictates who has plays the game the most and on succession of wins rather than an elo-rank... Well I was #1 for the first mo/ now others are above because FL has no real incentive for the HC. Oh well...

yeah it shows win rates too.. but look at the people and the matches played, most of them have only played 10 matches/100% win rate.. i mean i guess I understand what your saying about motivation, but as it stands right now, the current system is just meh
