That's the whole point not wanting parsers, low dps last I checked wasn't against the rules people are so anal and prissy about it. However not talking about bad players that's a whole other issue they will always have problems even if their dps was fine but couldn't stay alive long enough to be of any use.

Yeah, because if parsers were to all mysteriously disappear tomorrow that would fix your issue.

Besides, you don't need parsers to know someone's dps is slacking as simple observation can do that, and then those same anal prissy people will still tell you that your dps sucks.

Anyways, you can make the argument that low dps isn't against the rules (and you're right) but it's also not against the rules for them to not want to raid with you if they believe you will hold them back.
