People are watching movies while q'd and don't have the game sound on while minimized, they had to go pee, getting a drink, kids were jumping on the couch and one fell off and bumped his/her head....etc. Some are just looking for that speciffic area in a duty (KB in CT, 2/4, 3/4 in ST) etc.. A penalty will not stop it. I also don't think a penalty is fair. Things happen that cause to you miss your Q, sh*t happens. One shouldn't get a penalty for that. Players are who they are, they will continue to play the way they want to play, regardless of how much waawaa goes on.

Then maybe you need to get your priorities straightened out before using the DF. Don't inconvenience everyone else that were waiting. Life happens. Get over it. I am not paying a monthly sub to wait on people.
