City of Heroes had its "Architect" system and Star Trek Online has the "Foundry", in which players can create original quest content and share it with other players. Final Fantasy XI had "Moblin Maze Mongers" which I had hoped would be something similar, but was disappointingly limited in scope. Is there any possibility that FFXIV might someday implement a player-created content feature such as these?

How soon do you plan to fix the ratio of gear to crafting material in the expert and high level tier dungeons? I've gotten more crafting items than gear out of the treasure chests, if possible can you make it so only gear drops, or at least tune down the drop rate by A LOT for the crafting items? Thank you, this is a big issue for a lot of us.
